our STORY

After spending over 30 years in Davis, Jim and Karina decided it was time for a new adventure. They founded Polestar Farm in 2018, and quickly became organic farmers to this 12-acre property. We currently tend to over 700 Royal Blenheim apricot trees, as well as Elegant Lady peaches, Santa Rosa plums, Eureka lemons and a smattering of other recently planted fruit trees. Jim and Karina, with the help of family and friends, have worked hard to transform this property into a beautiful place for community, celebration, healing, and tranquility. Additionally we house a fully operational print shop, built and managed by Odd Petals.

As we continue to find our path, we are whole-heartedly enjoying the journey.

We're learning more every single day, connecting with our farming community, and working hard to bring the best our farm has to offer to as many as we can. In just a few short years, we've seen our produce on the tables of small families and big restaurants, and we can't wait to discover and share more with you.
